Also very true. The age at which we buy our "first" homes has changed significantly. I'm 27 and nowhere near ready (still in grad school). I suspect my partner and I will still be renting even once we have kids, which was a big no-no when I was growing up; I was always told that children need the stability of their "childhood home" being a house owned by their parents... but then again, I'm a child of divorce, so my parents' generation can't really criticize.
