I completely agree -- the company needs a serious overhaul, although they likely won't change their name with 20+ years of brand recognition.

As for the FBI, there haven't been any updates. The website was reported in May by the moderators who made the initial report, and they do take CSAM allegations seriously, so are likely investigating. I doubt they'll ever reveal the outcome of that investigation to the reporters or the public, though.
