I don't think you understand what plagiarism is. If it uses all these sources of information and doesn't cite them and give credit, that's plagiarism. ChatGPT cannot create something from nothing. It has been trained on human-written material, for which is gives no credit or compensation. If a student reads ten open source papers and then rewrites their arguments using different words, that's still plagiarism.
