I mean, he explicitly isn't her first client, because she does talk about what "normally" happens (and her no-kissing rule), but I think she says she's only been in LA for a few months. There's something weirdly puritanical about it, for a movie that glorifies sex work and shows the main characters boning their way around a luxury hotel.
