I really liked your article! To answer your question: I think I might dream in pictures, but convert them to text in my memory. Like, my memory is not visual in any way, so even though I remember my dreams, I just remember it like telling a story of what happened or what something looked like. I'm not sure about what that says about my brain structure; my partner tells me I have a very small head (I wear child-sized hats...), and that also that the back of my skull (where the visual cortex is) is very flat on the back, so maybe there's some morphological explanation. He is hyperphantasic and has a huge occipital bone (and a big head). Not to go too "phrenology", because that's a slippery slope, but maybe brain shape has some impact?
