I think you’ve missed the point of Alien/Aliens… it’s a rape, pregnancy, and abortion metaphor. The movie is incredibly feminist and has a very obvious agenda. I agree that it’s a fantastic movie and is very subtle in its message, but I very much disagree with most of your premise in this article.
