I wonder if it was her idea or her team's. It seems like she's trying to be the next Amy Schumer or something, but pushing the wrong buttons to get there. Like, there's nothing wrong with explicit/crude humour, but this movie punches down (at male victims of sexual harassment) in ways that are, like you said, irresponsible.
