It's always been in her back pocket; see the transphobic tweets from 2020-2021, for example. Although it's all coming to light now, trans women have been her scapegoat all along. All it took was one trans person (or ally) to call her out and suddenly she redirects and targets trans people, because she knows she can get a ton of GC 'feminists' to defend her that way.
