My publication only publishes on Tuesdays, so writers can set their schedule to it. (Not the reason why, but it is satisfying when I can do the “one story per day” thing because I’ve planned ahead.) Editing is a thankless job though, and we’re often stretched very thin. Scheduling all my publication’s posts on the weekend for the following Tuesday makes it manageable on my end, and my writers appreciate the predictability.
