Like their "concerns" about bathrooms and women's sports: it actively harms cis women and girls to make genital exams part of qualifying for sport (and ups the potential for abuse), but as long as it keeps out those icky queers, they're totally on board! The mental gymnastics needed to rationalize their "feminism" could be made an Olympic sport.
