Perhaps someone didn't meant to purchase it, or expected something different than it was. You never know someone's reasons for returning a purchase. Or maybe they were part of the scam, reading and returning. If that's true, I'm sorry you were a victim of the scam.

The new amazon policity will prevent scammy returns while still allowing people to complain if they have a legitimiate problem. Just because you aren't selling a scam product doesn't mean other people aren't -- so there needs to be a way to return eBooks. Having a blanket "no one should be allowed to return eBooks" is shortsighted.
