She 100% shamed other people's vulvas. She claimed that "innie" vulvas looked "mutilated." She also circled a bunch of the casts that she claimed looked "female," implying that the others weren't. How is that not shaming small-lipped women? Claiming their vulvas don't look "female enough" isn't shaming?
There definitely should be better regulation and training for surgery involving vulvas. I agree with Pin that there is a huge weakness in the medical industry there, and with your point about transphobia make it difficult to find a reliable, safe doctor to perform gender-affirming surgeries. That doesn't make it okay to call people's vulvas "mutilated", regardless of if they have or haven't had surgical intervention.
Lydia Reeves has said she did not confirm anyone's vulva as being trans, and that Pin entirely misrepresented their conversation. Also, Pin threatened to teach cis men how to "identify" a trans vulva--knowing that even suggesting such a thing is possible will get women literally murdered. She's not a "specialist" in vulvas. She's a amateur enthusiast using her own (very unfortunate) trauma to shame and threaten other women.
