I keep hoping these "men" are a dying breed--mostly because I surround myself with good and reasonable men, yourself included, who are just as horrified by this stuff as I am-- but then something like this comes across my feed and I am reminded that anti-feminism has power outside my circle. The resurgence of Tate-like rhetoric online is really worrying; boys are being exposed to such hateful views when they're at their most vulnerable and impressionable.

My husband made an excellent point to me yesterday when proofreading this: the far-Right targets boys and gets into their heads because the Left ignores them. Unfortunately, processive politics often leave young men (and especially young straight men) out of the conversation and don't speak to them directly, whereas the far-Right is constantly whispering in their ear.
