The 35 cutoff is a myth based on really outdated data -- like 1700s census data from France, old. Most women in modern conditions are fertile well into their forties. Yes, there are increased risks -- from about 0.5% chance of something like Down Syndrome to 1%. The cryo-egg industry profits on the fear of women in their late 20s and early 30s by telling them their eggs are getting old and useless when it isn't true.

I do appreciate the overall message that it's not too late to change your mind if that's for you, without the pressure women often get to pump out babies, but let's not continue pushing these harmful scare-tactics, eh?
