The treatment remains the same, regardless of a pregnancy was terminated intentionally. If you need to seek medical care (for excessive bleeding, for example), it shouldn't matter for insurance purposes that you need a blood transfusion for a miscarriage vs. and abortion, or a D&C, or whatever measures are necessary. Medically the same, legally complex, given the decision. Suspicion is the real threat--hence, not offering that information upfront.
