Yeah he's not a GOAT. Punching down at trans people is like 90s sitcom bad-comedy. It's lazy, overdone, and meanspirited. He misgenders his late "friend" for a joke and even if he was given permission by her to do so, he hasn't been given permission by every transgender teenager out there who is hurt by his jokes. Some people who hear him and think it's okay to do that, and it will empower and embolden their bigotry.
