You can export your email subscribers list on Medium too, and import email subscribers I believe as well. Not trying to get you to stick with Medium by any means, I totally agree that there are huge problems with the platform, but I've found there are a ton of features on Medium I wasn't using to the fullest because they aren't the best advertised/explained!
