You say to avoid sugar but then include honey on your list of approved foods, which is counterintuitive. Sugar as a concept is not bad for anyone, and certainly doesn’t “destroy the immune system.” I found that claim very strange. The other information might be very useful but having that misinformation about sugar (painting all sugar as bad, then recommending multiple items that contain sugar such as fruits and honey) discredits the rest of the information.
