Your story was very familiar to me! I also moved during COVID -- first in May 2020 from Ireland to Canada (I'm a Canadian citizen, but was abroad for school) when the travel restrictions from Europe finally dropped, and then again in August 2020 from Canada to Denmark for my partner's work. It was so hard! I can't imagine having to do that with two small children.
